OMILLIONS Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and prepared as quickly as possible after payment is successfully received.

Shipping: A $10.00 flat-rate shipping fee applies to orders within the United States.

Delivery Time: Please allow approximately 10–15 business days for your order to arrive. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Tracking: Tracking information will be provided when your order ships, when available. Please allow time for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delays: Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of OMILLIONS’ control.

Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your information before placing your order.

Lost or Missing Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier and OMILLIONS as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact OMILLIONS as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item.
